1. Yes, I’ve had this experience. It’s terrible since I was relying on the income from the airbnb guests. Airbnb kept this money because apparently they refunded a previous guest which I was never informed about. I received an email that said they did not refund the guest, but no communication that said that they did. It’s been terrible trying to dealer therapist it,it’s beena week and I am still unable to talk to anyone who might bee able to help me.
