Help I have visitor who is using my address for contact with his bank so all correspondence new credit card new bank account is coming to our address and he wants us to pass on to him (next door in apartment) his correspondence. He is only staying for 5 weeks any body know what I can do has this happened to them what are the implications.??
You can most certainly talk to your local police department! You could also serve him with a cease and desist order. Your address is YOURS, not his. It sounds like some kind of identity or credit scam.
Guests do this fairly commonly. It’s not illegal, so if it doesn’t bother YOU, don’t worry.
