  1. Hi,I’m having a awful experience with them for five weeks now. A group of teenagers destroyed my house. They have not replied to airbnb. So I am claiming off them. They have put down phon,sent links that don’t open, people who can’t speak English. Think they are trying to stop me or put me off claiming. I have sent photos of all the damages and still no money. They claimed they pay for damages if guest’s don’t but they are giving me a nervous breakdown. They actually told me I should be reviewing guests but I thought that’s what they did when guests apply to book on their site. Seriously dissatisfied know how you feel. Tony
