1. Same for me since late November 2019, have been calling since December 6th and no results. Customer service just says that a report has been made to the technical department. Apparently no one at Customer Service has any contact with the technical department , there are no contact numbers or location and no follow up from anyone. the only advice she could give me today , 4th Jan was to make a new account! Don’t think this will work with my email as it will be a duplicate account on the same email but I will try – what a joke!
