It’s called the Report button. click it, fill in the blanks, and all those cases are reviewed. Every report like that is taken with utmost respect and confidentiality. Field Ops are sent out locally to check on the listing. They might appear as your Average Joe type guest on the listing, but if the report is correct, the listing is blacklisted.
