Does your government have a “small claims tribunal” similar to the one in Australia (Ombudsman). They deal with consumer problems, and companies being dishonest get fined and penalised. Worth checking on it !

Airbnb do steal your money. They started confiscating my earnings after I had to evict a group of guests who were trashing my property.

They are an unethical and untrustworthy company.
