Or perhaps you have to compress it. If you have Microsoft Office, open Word and create a new document, put the images of your ID, export in pdf, than compress the pdf (you can use websites like SmallPDF or similar) and try to send it. If it doesn’t accept pdf, convert it in jpg – still using free web services.
