They probably do not exist.
I have gone through a similar situation. I did not get any kind of response by any means from the department that is supposed to be dealing with my problem. People like us should gather up and file an international lawsuit against them.

Not only did I do nothing wrong, even if I did, this would have been still extremely unfair and unacceptable!
