My floor has been damaged but trust and safety lady hanah from trust and safety department refused to help because I didn&#039;t get back to her in 72 hours even I said that I have contacted them 3 times for update and then when I was without Internet connection I missed my 72 hour open window ! Is any one else had similar experience ?]]></description>
