I ask because you didn’t contact Airbnb with your concerns, you haven’t lodged a request for a refund with Airbnb, you communicated through What’s App rather than the Airbnb platform, you claim you paid nothing ‘upfront’ and are somehow able to withhold payment. None of this is consistent with an Airbnb booking.
