@AirbnbHelp, Airbnb’s Twitter customer service handle, blocks complaints. They asked me to send a direct message on Twitter when I tweeted about their bad customer service. Then they blocked me and got Twitter to take down my tweet about them. It’s a great example of an industry giant stepping all over the little guys. I took a screenshot of them blocking my account.
