They ruined all our plans because we couldnt find another hotel at 9pm in LA. Had to leave everything aside and we went to Ventura which was 1.5hrs drive to stay in an ultra expensive hotel.

Airbnb is shitty in terms of helping their guests who are stranded. The solution to this problem is so simple. take deposit from the host and use that money to compensate their stranded guest. All Airbnb has to do is get a new accomodation which shouldnt be hard from them since they are in this business.
