That situation happened to me. As long as you have evidence. Unfortunately Airbnb can’t help, but your credit card will. Especially if you include info of the laws on cleanliness in hotels or vacation rentals. Ask host for a checklist showing the unit was “cleaned”. Usually, when someone is in the business of renting, they keep track of cleaning/sanitzation for taxes etc. if they can’t provide this evidence to your credit company, it never happened. As for bed discomfort, hard to prove. But try it anyway! Credit cards will work for you.
