I got the same E-mail for a 3 room apartment in Vienna. Name- Ana Ramirez from Madrid, Spain.

I just received a reply that is similar to OP’s. Not exactly the same, but many sentences are copy-pasting and reordered with different personal info (living in Ireland and _exactly today_ received a 10 year contract to stay, lucky me).
Also the same day as I contacted the owner the post was removed from the site it was posted on (Immowelt).

I got the same Mail two days ago for an apartment in Switzerland, Bern, name Isabelle Sanchez. The apartment belongs to the city of Bern, the picture were not from that place and the text was exactly as the lady writes from Vienna. I called the owner and they said they got several calls from people wanting to rent that. Luckily because of the entry in google I got aware and could stop to go on and pay 1400 Swiss Fr.

the name was Isabelle Sanchez
