					<description><![CDATA[I am a former case manager with airbnb until some time ago. It sounds like this person did not communicate with the guest appropriately. It should have been stated that if the guesr had an issue he should have contacted us within the first 24 hours of check-in.

Honestly from what i have heard recently the service has taken a bad turn. From what i have heard from some former colleagues there are plans to move all customer service positions overseas come June 7th. Not sure what sparked this decision.

Personally I enjoyed the job and it wasn&#039;t hard to do things right. But I am just one of many I suppose.]]></description>
