I hate this company !! We had a bad review as revenge as well – they said in the review that I was mentally ill – and Airbnb allowed that. It’s a scandal and nothing can stop these cretins. They are “talk to the hand” and very much a dictatorship, earning money off the backs of hosts. Their feel good talk of the sharing economy is just a load of shit. They are greedy and immoral as a company.

They told me they had my back and not to cave. However, they really should have said give her the money so she will not give you a bad review. These people have no common sense.
