Airbnb has not resolved yet after much time an issue we had with a guest. Very disappointing. They side with guests usually and not Superhosts.

Take your complaint to Airbnb on twitter. Usually they side with guests especially since you had photos. Unusual results.

You clearly misunderstand the concept of Airbnb i.e. an online rental platform. If you expect hotel standards then book a hotel and stop playing the eternal victim:)

And I notice that this time you did not include the screen shots of your actual conversations with the host which ironically made you, not the host, look bad. Tsk, tsk.
