It’s a bit like ebay/Amazon which are heavily skewed towards buyers in their protection. If they make a complaint, as a seller, you have to give the buyer their money back because too many returns or bad reviews will see your shop closed down. Many on AirBnB make a lot of money so I guess you need to decide whether this is worth the occasional asshole or not….
