"Torture" "Thugs"

If you attempt any kind of agreement with the guest, you are breaking a contract between her and Airbnb, and you'll really scupper your chances of getting your money. How silly! You agreed to provide a place, and she paid. Your money will get there. Why is that a problem? Don't go around Airbnb. As a host, I've never had any problems. As a guest, if you did that to me, I'd get you shut down.

I don't understand what your problem is. The payout date was Feb 13, which means that you would ordinarily expect the money to hit your bank account within 5 business days, which would be by Feb 20. What exactly have Airbnb done/said that makes you believe there is any problem?
