If one supervisor hasn’t suffiently dismissed you, a new supervisor more hardened will try. I had according to their posted resons for cancellation sufficient cause for refund. But more importantly the room was occupied. The supervisor had the audacity to say that wasnt enough for cancelation. She questioned my veracity, not the host who kept the days I booked crossed out and rented the room to a female. The supervisors response after I photographed female belongings in the room I booked said how does she know that was my room and those were not my clothes! I purse, dresses and other female things.
I must add they gave me two options photograph more or reside in the room. I offered to consider the option of staying and asked if I should ask the female if she would provide enough space for me to sleep. Supervisor continued to refuse a refund . They behave like a criminal organization.
