					<description><![CDATA[Yes. I agree with you that it is good precaution to carry the contact details in one&#039;s phone and carry a printout. However, things don&#039;t always work out smoothly when one is travelling. In the first case the booking was made in hurry at the last minute and the information on that particular host was not transferred to the phone and the information wasn&#039;t printed out for the same reason. In the second case the host&#039;s phone number had been transferred to the phone but because of a fault with the phone its battery had failed to recharge that morning and the phone could not be used. I would certainly have tried to contact Airbnb had there been a number to call but there was none. Even the &quot;Contact us&quot; information seems to have been removed from the Airbnb website and app in the most recent revision.]]></description>
