The overnight guests alone give you absolutely “0” credibility about the entire story..
Poor you… we’re all your friends from out of town, why didn’t you threw the party in one of their homes?

Going to go with siding with the Host. Although both Host & Guest may have been equally difficult to work with – based on the Guest’s comments he did in fact admit to many of the concerns that the Host expressed and his own story portrays a very ‘blatant attitude’ towards any and all the issues. What Guests fail to realize is that even the slightest of voices WILL carry in an enclosed area, especially on a balcony.

The Guest violated his agreement having ANY extra Guests over without the consent of the Owner and furthermore making them over-nights. There are MANY reasons that Owners put restrictions on Guest count and Guests must remember that the Owner rented their property to the GUEST. Not to the Guest and any Guests they chose to invite over.

This one goes to the Host in my opinion.

Wow – I will vote with Mark Beards comment – this was a nightmare GUEST – unauthorized additional guests, bullets & balloons!! I just hope the hosts had a security deposit from these guests!!

Sounds like a nightmare guest. Plenty of friends visiting, unauthorised guests sleeping over, balloons? (That’s a party), not sweeping, stealing a blanket, loud music etc etc.
