After two years , I tried to look for this host on Airbnb website , I wanted to know that the host is still able to run her business with Airbnb . Also I wanted to see any comments from people who rented this property.
I could not find the host anymore. The Airbnb said this host had left. This host is a crook , I know that she would not be able to run her business . At the time , the Airbnb stood with this host . I could not do anything…

I recently reported Airbnb to BBB. They are frauds and need to be put out of business for scamming hard working people out of their money for poor services and no services rendered at all. Explain to me how it is ok to take over 1300 dollars from someone without providing them a service? ok you can have a booking fee of some sort but the entire deposit? This is not right no matter how you look at it…

I’m so sorry you got taken advantage of this way. I am seeing that hosts perhaps don’t fear that anything will happen to them if they victimize their guests. It’s important to accurately document what happened in your review. I’ve been remiss in the past and given a “pass” to places with roaches, mice etc. I will no longer do that. I will also read the reviews carefully and try to read between the lines as well.
