If my experience was “one in 1000” then why are there hundreds of posts like mine here at this website, replete with corrupt and inept Airbnb customer service and “resolutions?”

Airbnb could do things better, but they don’t.

I hope you’re next experience will be just fine .

So this improves by about of 3% on how they and the host f*cked us. But the other 97% is still there. Airbnb and the host cheated, stalled, insulted, lied, and basically did everything that bad and immoral people do in this world short of physical violence (and I wouldn’t put that past them).
