The good news is she won’t last long on Airbnb the review system will “out” her. Some people are not fussy about the state of the rentals as long as it is cheap, a bit like yourself I guess as you did not check out as soon as you discovered the dirt etc, I take it you viewed the property before you rented? Sounds like you are angry because you are no longer living there? As I said even at £30 a night she is unlikely to last very long.
