Hi Debora! Yeah after sending angry tweets to Airbnb as a last resort, I got contacted by a new case worker within the hour. They forced the host to refund me for all the nights i did not stay, plus Airbnb refunded me the service fees and the cleaning fees. Honestly, the best way to deal with these things is to tweet about them. They don&#039;t want the negative publicity.]]></description>
