If you have a severe medical issue it is up to you to book flights that accommodate that. Stop using Airbnb and see how far your entitled attitude gets you.

You can’t say the hostel was horrible. You didn’t see it. She let you in with your case, which you left there, but then cancelled, before you got your case back? Did you confirm early check in through the airbnb app? Hosts are not obligated to early check in, but she might have tried to accommodate you. Then, because you didn’t check, you booked a location that was unsuitable. It doesn’t sound like Airbnb is totally to blame here. But it must feel good to cry about it.
