No I was not reimbursed for the unused stay. No Airbnb did not find us alternative accommodations. I didn’t know of the 14 day rule with regard to reviews. Airbnb has ignored all our request.

So surely this makes you whole.

I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb with a safe. They aren’t hotel. Your valuables are your responsibility not the hosts.

It was you that decided not to review the hosts within 14 days. The vast majority of people in developing countries have access to it.
