That’s quite a long period 2 month, personaly I never rent more than 10 days, only accept people with a full profile and positive reviews, ID verified is also a must.and I examine case by case the one with no reviews yet.

It’s also important in your profile to details everything clearly to avoid confusion so the guest know what to expect, clarify the house rules, reminds the most important things by message and have the house rules available in the listing. And then Everything should be fine.

If after these precautions you are uncomfortable you can always cancel the trip during the stay and especially is the rules were broken, but yes drama to be expected. The best is still to think about everything that could go wrong and anticipate it, or not hosting.

If you are accepting guests, especially long terms, as a host you need to take responsibility for finding out about your guests and plans for their stay and of course set your listing so you only accept those with photo ID. Did you do this?

When you first started experiencing problems with this guests, you should have called Airbnb and asked them to cancel her stay. You didn't. It was your choice not Airbnb's to keep your problem guests.

You can't blame them for your decisions.
