Thanks. I will use your last paragraph Nr. 5 to describe my ONLY bad guest,as you put it so aptly when I am still in a state of shock, Julie Garside from Aspen, Colorado, . She is a glorified surfboarder who gloats in her experience as property manager, and your experience describes her much better than I could possibly do. I will send you the run down if you are curious. It cost me the full rent in flood and breakage repairs, on which I had still to pay occupancy taxes of $ 504 as subtracted by Airbnb, on the full amount of rent consideration, not reflecting for the fact that they decided to give the crying fainter $1164 back when she split earlier @@@@!!!! The nightmare goes on and on and on.

Advice gladly received.
