She had a bad experience and shares it that’s all, and she right about walking distance, to me after 5 min walking it’s not anymore walking distance at all.

Airbnb will do nothing to resolve issues. They do seem to have Angela who gives asinine comments to people’s woes.

I can’t get a penny back from AirBnB and the host never returned a call even though I couldn’t stay there due to the yellow jackets. I’ve always had excellent reviews as a guest and have never, until now, left a negative review or had to call AirBnB for help. I’ve been treated as if I’m a liar. I’ve cancelled the upcoming stay I had made through them here in the US; will stay at a motel instead. I’m going to seek out another company to do business with. I will also never recommend them to anyone.

It doesn’t make good business sense to me really that they do this to regular customers but I see that they do.
