You sublet your place without letting your landlord know properly. You then went OVERSEAS (in my country it is illegal to be in charge of a property and out of the country for more than 21 days) and did not leave adequate instructions or help for your guest. You made it everyone else’s problem and caused huge inconvenience to your neighbors, building manager and landlord. You then completely ripped off AirBnB by being dishonest and asking the guest to not pay through the site ( YOU could have lowered YOUR prices). You had bad luck with a guest but no one else owes you anything. I’m sure that your landlord, neighbors and Air BnB will be very glad to be rid of you and I have no doubt that your entitled and selfish attitude has and will continue to cause many, many problems in your life.
Come on, you have to be a troll or something. This is just to ludicrous.
