We’ve had 24 hours of car trouble with both of our cars, so whereas we are sorry we can’t get back to this guy, there is no need for us to be harassed with continuous texts (22) emails (10) and phone calls/messages (12/5) in the same period. And it’s not our fault he didn’t update his prices/ minimum night stay to price gouging status (like everyone else in Palm Springs and Indio) ahead of the bookings for the BoomerFest in October 2016. The worst part is he is now threatening us with action from the airb&b resolution center. It’s sad that air b&b may take his side – will take his side according to all the rhetoric here.
