I am very sorry this happened.

But don’t tar all AirBnB hosts with the same brush! I have had nothing but the nicest and most generous hosts in all my years using AirBnB, and have made good friends with a number of them!

Give AirBnB a chance, and tell AirBnB what happened to you. This so-called “host” should have been made to remove her negative review of YOU, and not make you decide to delete your profile and never use the service again. If she did it to you, she’s doing it to others. Don’t let people like that get away with uncalled for and dishonest reviews!
