Terrible paint fumes throughout the house- we could not stay there. I was on the phone with Airbnb as soon as I walked in- they said they would call me right back- I still have not received a call. Owner doesn’t even live in the state but doesn’t even deny it, just says that we left on our own accord and therefore won’t refund us. I have called airbnb many times and each time, they “escalate” my ticket and say that there’s no one else I can talk to. They finally told me to submit something through the resolution center last week and it’s just been sitting there. What a terrible company.
