We agree with almost all the comments written about AirBnB.
We have 5 houses and are also listed with them. Of all the major booking sites, they are the worst, both for guest and host protection. They are almost impossible to reach and expect the community of owners to ask each other how to solve issues. Completely ridiculous that we even go along with this.
Their website has flaws which very negatively affects the whole booking process and if you try to reach them about it, they are 'not at home'.
Today, we had to disconnect their website calendar from our own and other sites, as for weeks now we have received 'fake' bookings through them which somehow they have not fixed. Things like this, will even more negatively affect the experience, as instant booking will now be flawed, as now double bookings will become a high risk. Next step probably will be to totally disengage from them.
