It’s people like this who create a stigma. I agree, as a host the “service animal” issue is a real one that I think about often. There is a lot of gray area about them, and legally speaking if someone has a service animal you have to let them bring it- but the fact the guest actively deceived you is just social injustice to those who have real need for service dogs.
