You had already chosen not to stay at the property, forfeiting the first night, and you had a reason to report it to AirBnB even before the confrontation with the man. You seem to have been a nuisance, first by doing a load of laundry past midnight, and then by barging into his room. Yes, you knocked, but you didn’t mention whether he was awake, or if he’d given you permission to enter.

I believe you, and don’t condone his behavior at all, but AirBnB can’t objectively do anything on the sole basis of your accusation. And here’s a general rule: if the place is bad enough that you’re not willing to stay there for the first night, there’s no reason to stay there at all – report it!

Personally I do not believe you made this up, but again, it’s just your story. Get a police report and issue it to AirBnB CS. In this way you might get a full refund and also protect other females from these people.
