Airbnb offers problem resolution and customer service contact via Twitter & Facebook. They respond well to those. A Google search for Airbnb customer service will bring both up

Also Airbnb can call hosts & guests who are having internet connection problems.

I'll be taking AirBNB to small claims court -- first i'll be submitting a letter of demand.

On three separate occasions they've allowed hosts too keep my money when their listings were falsely advertised.

Meanwhile, as a host myself, i've never done anything of that nature.

I ended up staying in other places each time. So, therefore, by AirBNB's thought process, I should have to pay large sums for places I didn't even stay in. They now owe me over $3,000.

True. AIRBNB is a terrible company. Also, I am pretty sure that the people you get thru to first are not airbnb employees at all. They have contracted the first line of contact out cos it's cheaper.
