I read your story and like mine, it speaks to a shadow company that has no accountability. It is a danger to anyone who hosts for it or guests through it. If you’re not injured, like the people who went thru Airbnb in Brighton, England a few hours ago, you will still have issues that will NEVER BE RESOLVED. No one will call you back, ever.

Why are we all still complaining about this truly excellent site (Airbnbhell.com) when we should be mobilizing against what is a shell of a company – the real Airbnb.com. Airbnb.com does nothing more than providing a site for non-vetted hosts to advertise. Period.
