					<description><![CDATA[Original poster here. The property was in South Haven, MI, not South Beach. That was a mistake on my part when I submitted the story. After calling AirBnb 27 times, and being hung up on 8 times, we were transferred to a different case manager. This case manager reviewed the evidence and agreed to refund us the originally agreed upon amount. While the experience was awful, the second case manager (Lizzy) eventually made it right. The original case manager was Thomas, so if he answers the phone, ask to be transferred immediately.]]></description>
