By the way, those are palmetto bugs and are everywhere in Fl and even now here in Tennessee. The place sounds like a total rip off but at least those arent cockroaches.
I am a host and if you want to here the same or worse horro stories go to the host forum on the abnb website. If it makes you feel any better, abnb treats hosts just as badly.
