File a claim w AAA and don’t agree to get rid of the arbitrator because of confidentiality reasons. The AAA can keep a secret. Otherwise, they will manipulate and abuse you. If you want to keep using ABNB tell them it’s a stipulation for the agreement.

Any update? It’s happening to me too. Can’t seem to get anyone to respond and they already closed the claim. I had over $900 in damages done to my place (not exactly chump change for me).

I think the best way is to share your stories online and tag their twitter / fb / instagram accounts to get their attention. Join local facebook groups and share your stories with pictures.

They hold people hostage and deliberately close cases whenever they can to screw people over. Close your account with them it will only get worse.
