My last experience wasn’t as bad as the original posters but I totally agree all the reviews are now suspect. The host in the Grand Caymans said she would give me a 5 star rating if I gave HER a 5 star rating because “I really want to get a super host rating”. On a 3.0 star property. Barely functional kitchen, bathroom. 5 stars my A#$!
