Fleas don’t bite in a line. Bed bug bites are also practically invisible so the inspector wouldn’t have found anything. Bed bug bites also itch like crazy and scar forever. They live everywhere, beds, couches even luggage! In fact, there’s a high chance other guests or even you brought them in from a hostel or even an airplane seat! Sounds ridiculous but trust be, highly possible.
