You would have got your money back and a 10% credit on top to find somewhere else.

I stayed at a place with bed bugs in NYC. After I left, I wrote a review saying there were bed bugs and that Airbnb told me to leave and go to a hotel. Well, Airbnb deleted the review, because they said 1.) I shouldn’t have mentioned that they told me to go to a hotel and 2.) it wasn’t fair to hurt the host by mentioning bed bugs.

So, yeah, don’t trust reviews. There’s a reason they all seem positive.
