That host should be removed considering he moved you to an unseen listing that was clearly not up to the standard described in the listing you booked and paid for. Sounds like a scammer.

is this a real complaint? I can’t believe you complained about the lack of toilet paper and towels – the whole point of airbnb is it is supposed to be someone’s home – and that means they have different ideas and standards. if you wanted a hotel experience you should have booked a hotel! and I hate airbnb. and your photo making fun of the lettering on the sparkle sign – it’s your eyesight that’s misreading the lettering, its not ‘mope’ and ‘sparkee’. you should not have accepted the change of location

The bottom line is: you accepted the change and never contacted Airbnb to explain the situation. Still, with your photographic evidence I’d file a complaint and go through Airbnb resolution centre.
