Plus you use another platform to basically charge them more even though thats totally against their policy. Thats shady as hell. No wonder they made a decision without your input. If someone said to me, “Hey, I’m using your business to make money but I’m going to make sure to undermine anything you could possibly do to help me or my guests. Also by the way you better make sure I’m happy and help me when I need it.” I’d have taken more from you and then banned you.

They pass on funds to the Host while ‘mediating’. They don’t physically check the claims being made by the complainant. They argue any criticism as being ‘subjective’, even if it covers strong smells, visible mould, Traffic noise and the list goes on.
And all the while there’s this ‘sweetness and light’ tone to the language. They talk like hippies and act like Somali Pirates.
