Booked a trip all paid got the confirmation email saying your all booked and ready to go. Then 3 weeks later an email saying my trip had been canceled. Due to policy they ran a background check on someone else have no idea who the person is, and said it was me. I let them know within 1 hour of the email with a picture of my license so they could run it. They said it can take a month and i am banned from using airbnb again unless the security company they use contacts them to let them know they made a mistake. I will never use them again regardless of the outcome. There isn’t any places left where im going now. Horrible company if i could give negative star i would.
