					<description><![CDATA[Guests party of 8 nurses cancelled 14 days prior citing hurricane Dorian as their reason given to host. Host calls Airbnb and told twice by Airbnb that host receives half. Unit relished at last minute pricing and another nurse from the same group books condo. Just realized shortly after booking that this is same group that cancelled. Group was given 100% refund due to picture of one member with broken ankle and medical excuse which they called extenuating circumstances. Meanwhile, the person in that group who booked it the first time at higher price writes to me on AirBNB site explaining how happy they are to be coming to the condo, and that the broken ankle person was also coming. When this was explained to AirBNB they seemed unable to recognize that this was the same group who booked at lower pricing due to last minute cancellation. The first names of 8 people matched exactly, but Airbnb did not recognize them as the same group stating that photos of all guests would need to be provided. They definitely favor guests and why don’t they offer cancellation insurance. I am not able to cancel cruises, airline reservations or vacations even with a medical excuse.  Other sites offer insurance. Why doesn’t AirBNB?]]></description>
